JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED

Hi friends..
you know in the mrning while reading the newspaper i came across this news of an MP and 3 more people being sentenced to a ten year imprisonment for raping a woman.friends this case was filed in the year 1982 when the crime had been committed and justice has been given today,
after 24 years.....do you think the victim can be compensated for the loss of these 24years.....
do u think justice has really been delivered....well i doubt....

this is just one of the few cases that come to light but there are many more cases when justice is delivered after the victim is dead or the perpetrator of the crime......
dont u think justice delayed is justice denied?
just give it a thought...........

We boast of the largest democracy and are ashamed of the most inefficient one at the same time. Quotations like these I think do not hold good in a social state like us. With thousands of cases pending in hundreds of courts since innumerable years, one a few make it to the headlines. What about the other thousands-1.
But, optimism finds its own way. With promising things like Paritran happening to Indian politics the youth definitly seems to take up the cudgels against the ugly.
